These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Magnum Destinations website and the travel services we arrange. By using this website or confirming a booking with us, you agree to these terms. Specific terms set out in your proposal or booking confirmation will apply in addition to, and where inconsistent will take precedence over, these general terms.
1. Our role
Magnum Destinations acts as a travel management company and, where stated, as an agent for airlines, hotels, transport operators and other suppliers. Services provided by suppliers are subject to their own terms and conditions, including their cancellation and refund policies.
2. Website information and pricing
Destination, package and experience information on this website is provided for general guidance. Prices shown are indicative "starting from" amounts, usually per person on a twin-sharing basis, and are subject to availability, seasonality, exchange rates and applicable taxes at the time of booking. A booking is confirmed only when we issue a written confirmation.
3. Enquiries and proposals
Submitting an enquiry does not create a booking. Proposals and quotations are valid for the period stated on them and may be revised if supplier prices or availability change before confirmation.
4. Payments
A deposit is typically required to confirm a booking, with the balance due before travel by the date stated in your confirmation. For corporate clients, payment terms are as set out in the agreed commercial terms. Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation of services, subject to applicable charges.
5. Changes and cancellations
If you wish to change or cancel a booking, please inform us in writing. Charges levied by suppliers, together with our service fees where applicable, will be payable. Airline tickets and certain hotel rates may be non-refundable. Refunds, where due, are processed after we receive them from the relevant supplier.
6. Travel documents and insurance
You are responsible for holding a valid passport, visas, health documentation and any permits required for your journey. We provide guidance on visa documentation but cannot guarantee the decision of any authority. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance for every trip.
7. Changes by suppliers and events beyond our control
Suppliers may occasionally change schedules, venues or services. We will inform you promptly and offer reasonable alternatives. We are not liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural events, strikes, government action, pandemics or disruption to transport.
8. Liability
We take reasonable care in selecting suppliers and arranging services. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the services booked through us, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
9. Communications
By sharing your contact details you agree that we may contact you by phone, email, SMS or WhatsApp regarding your enquiry or booking. Please see our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
10. Use of this website
Content on this website, including text and images, is owned by or licensed to Magnum Destinations and may not be reproduced without permission. Demo content, illustrative case studies and sample testimonials are marked as such.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of the city in which our registered office is located shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
