Overview
Discover Bali
Bali blends spiritual depth with barefoot luxury — jungle villas in Ubud, temple ceremonies at every turn and dramatic coastline in Uluwatu, with a creative food scene to match.
An island of many moods
Bali's appeal lies in its contrasts. Ubud, in the island's green heart, is all rice terraces, river valleys, craft villages and yoga shalas. The Bukit Peninsula in the south offers cliff-top villas and surf beaches, while Seminyak and Canggu bring boutiques, beach clubs and some of Southeast Asia's most inventive restaurants.
Culture you can feel
Hinduism shapes daily life here: offerings of flowers and incense line every doorway, and temple festivals fill the calendar. Visit Pura Ulun Danu Bratan on its misty lake, watch the Kecak fire dance at Uluwatu as the sun drops into the ocean, and take part in a water purification ritual at Tirta Empul with a respectful local guide.
For couples especially
With private pool villas, floral baths and candlelit dinners in the rice fields, Bali is one of our most popular honeymoon destinations. We typically split a stay between Ubud and the coast to experience both sides of the island.
