Annual leadership conference for 350 delegates

A financial services group needed to host its annual leadership conference for around 350 delegates. The event had to reflect the brand's standards, run precisely to time for senior speakers and comply with internal governance on hospitality and spending.

We sourced a city hotel with a pillarless ballroom and adjoining breakout spaces, managed online registration, and booked delegate travel from multiple cities with arrival desks at the airport and hotel.
