A three-day leadership offsite in Goa

The client wanted to bring its leadership team together from five Indian cities and two overseas offices for a three-day offsite. The agenda needed quiet spaces for strategy work, a large plenary room and evening experiences that felt relaxed rather than staged — all within a fixed budget and a six-week planning window.

We shortlisted three South Goa resorts and recommended one with a secluded conference wing and private beach access. Flights from seven origin cities were coordinated to arrive within a two-hour window, with a welcome desk at the airport and branded transfers.
