15.04.2025: Day 1: Arrival in Tokyo** - Arrive at Narita or Haneda Airport. - Transfer to hotel in Tokyo. Japan's busy capital is a mix of ultra modern and the traditional- from neon-lit sky scrappers to historic temples, Tokyo offers something for all seamlessly. - Evening at leisure in Shinjuku.
16.04.2025: Day 2: Tokyo Sightseeing** - Visit the Senso-ji Temple in Asakusa. Tokyo's oldest established temple and one of its most significant. This is the most widely visited religious site in the world. - Explore the Nakamise shopping street. - Afternoon in Ueno Park (great for cherry blossoms). - Evening in Akihabara (electronics and anime district).
17.04.2025: Day 3: Tokyo - Morning visit to the Meiji Shrine. This shrine is dedicated to the deified spirits of Emperor Meiji and his consort, Empress Shoken. The shrine and the adjacent Yoyogi park make up a large forested area within the densely populated city and offer pathways for a relaxed troll away from the bustling city. - Afternoon in Shibuya (Shibuya Crossing, Hachiko Statue). This is the world's busiest crossing, with as many as 3,000 people crossing at one time. Given its heavy traffic and dense advertising, this is compared to Times Square in New York. - Evening at Tokyo Tower or Tokyo Skytree for city views.
18.04.2025: Day 4: Day Trip to Nikko - Full-day trip to Nikko National Park. The park was established in the early 20th century. It is considered one of the most beautiful parks in Japan and is a popular tourist destination. Apart from the striking beauty of the park, it is also known for its historical Buddhist Shrines- Nikko Tosho-gu and Rinno-ji- they are designated UNESCO heritage sites. - Visit Toshogu Shrine and Kegon Falls. - Return to Tokyo in the evening.
19.04.2025: Day 5: Travel to Kyoto - Check out of hotel. -Take the Shinkansen (bullet train) to Kyoto. - Visit Kinkaku-ji (Golden Pavilion).This is a designated National Special Historic Site and is one of the locations making up the Historic Monuments of Ancient Kyoto- a world heritage site. - Explore Arashiyama Bamboo Grove. - Evening stroll in Gion District (traditional geisha district).
20.04.2025: Day 6: Kyoto Sightseeing - Visit Fushimi Inari Shrine (thousands of torii gates). This shrine gained imperial patronage during the early Heian period. Unlike most shrines, Fushimi Inari has an open view of the main object of worship- a mirror. - Explore Nijo Castle: This is perhaps the best example of the power of the Shogun [warlords]once held over the emperor between 1603-1867- Edo period. This is also a UNESCO Heritage Site. - Afternoon at Kyoto Imperial Palace. The former palace of the Emperor of Japan. Since the Meiji Restoration in 1869, the grounds have been open to the public. - Optional tea ceremony experience.
21.04.2025: Day 7: Day trip to Nara. - Visit Nara Park (deer park). and the Todai-ji Temple are established symbols of Nara. History of Nara, Japans first capital, dates back 1300 years, to the Nara period. Buddhism had flourished and arts and architecture were at their peak. Nara's heritage spans ancient monuments, sacred trails and some of Japans oldest temples and shrines. - Return to Kyoto for the night.
22.04.2025: Day 8: Travel to Osaka - Short train ride to Osaka. - Visit Osaka Castle. This is one of Japans most famous landmarks and played a major role in the unification of Japan in the 16th century. - Explore Dotonbori district for street food (try takoyaki and okonomiyaki). - Evening at Universal CityWalk or Osaka Aquarium.
23.04.2025: Day 9: Osaka to Hiroshima - Day trip to Hiroshima (visit Peace Memorial Park and Museum). - Optional ferry to Miyajima Island (Torii gate and Itsukushima Shrine). - Return to Osaka for the night.
24.04.2025: Day 10: Departure - Last-minute shopping in Osaka or Kyoto. - Transfer to Kansai International Airport for departure.
