We understand that plans may change. You may cancel your travel arrangements at any time before the start of your trip. The cancellation will take effect from the date that we receive written notification of cancellation from you, which will duly be acknowledged by us. If it is urgent - please call us.
Cancellations will incur cancellation charges depending on how much notice you give us prior to the departure date. Cancellation charges represent our reasonable costs of terminating your contract based on the time of termination of the contract before the start of the trip and the expected cost savings and income from alternative deployment of the travel services where available.
Once a trip is booked, the 25% deposit is non-refundable. Thereafter, depending on when we receive your notification, the following will apply:
90-61 days prior to arrival: 50% of trip cost
60-46 days prior to arrival: 75% of trip cost
45 days prior to arrival: 100% of trip cost
It is implicit that with each transaction, these terms and conditions governing the payment terms and cancellation policies will apply, and are part of the payment transaction.
There is no refund payable for any utilized or partially utilized services (e.g. Airline tickets, Meals, Entrance Fees, Optional Tour, Hotel, Sightseeing etc.)
Earlier than Scheduled Departure: If the traveller because of early departure or another pressing reason, does not use all of the goods and services unforeseen in the contract, he will, in this case, have no claim for the partial return of the tour price. IMAGNUM, will, however, attempt to get reimbursement from suppliers from expenses saved. This obligation will not apply in the case of minor services or if a refund is contrary to legal or official regulations.
If a trip is cancelled/postponed for medical reasons, we will hold in credit the amount received, after deducting an administrative charge of USD 300 per traveller. The amount of credit is available for travel within one calendar year. At the expiry of the credit issued, the amount shall be withheld by the company.
For this, the traveler shall present a doctor's certificate and all the relevant documents to avail the credit in case of postponement of the trip. MAGNUM will have the final authority on this clause.
MAGNUM recommends that travelers purchase travel cancellation insurance.
